does this keeper in the pictures look like 90-137? i vaguely remember it was an anderson.

i only need the keeper half with screws, does it come separately?

Thank you for posting! It actually looks a little different. Could you give me the dimensions of this keeper? Please make sure to include the distance between the installation hole centers, the total height, and the width of the top portion, both inside and outside.
