Anderson right hand casement crank the gears are stripped

Quick Learner from 98335
Is there a replacement for the gear portion of the casement hardware or would a current operator fit this Anderson window?

The gear portion itself unfortunately cannot be replaced. As for swapping out the entire operator itself, we may just have something for you. However I will need a clearer photo of your part out of the window so that I may confirm. Right now too many important details are obscured.

One clear photo of it out of the window is what we need. Please let me know if that's possible.

Additional photos; hope these help.

Thank you! This appears to be a match for our 39-264. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

Note that if your window was made anywhere from 1995 to 1998, you will additionally need the 39-362 adapter plate (sold separately).

Tom,
Thanks for getting back to me! Due to the color and style differences, I'd like to replace both the right and the left casement operators. Please provide the left operator part numbers and I'll update both.

Andersen does not make left or right hand versions of this operator. The 39-264 is designed to work on either side interchangeably.

Tom,
Thanks for clarifying. I need to understand if the existing operator cover and handle as shown in the uploaded images, fit this new arm crank?

Yes, I do believe they will! If you had any doubts, though, we also sell the 39-152 cover and 39-301 handle. I actually think the 39-301 is identical to your existing handle, but our cover is just a different style. It should install the same way.
