Is there a replacement for the gear portion of the casement hardware or would a current operator fit this Anderson window?

The gear portion itself unfortunately cannot be replaced. As for swapping out the entire operator itself, we may just have something for you. However I will need a clearer photo of your part out of the window so that I may confirm. Right now too many important details are obscured.
One clear photo of it out of the window is what we need. Please let me know if that's possible.

Tom,
Thanks for getting back to me! Due to the color and style differences, I'd like to replace both the right and the left casement operators. Please provide the left operator part numbers and I'll update both.

Andersen does not make left or right hand versions of this operator. The 39-264 is designed to work on either side interchangeably.

Tom,
Thanks for clarifying. I need to understand if the existing operator cover and handle as shown in the uploaded images, fit this new arm crank?
