Anderson sash balance

Hello. Which swisco part number would I need to order to replace this Anderson sash balance? The lower window is 39" h x 23-1/2"w and the upper window is 26-1/4" h

See our 24-837. This is meant to replace Andersen balances with the stamp code 827.

Thank you, does the 827 go specifically on the right side of the sash like the one I have now?

These Andersen sash balances can be used either on the left or right side of the window.
