Hi there!

It looks like your balance might have "7#27" printed on it. If that's the case, see our 24-737 Andersen sash balance. This is meant to replace old Andersen Sash Balances that have the stamp code 7#27.

Thank you. I know existing hardware shows 727 but just thought due to window size it should be 837. Is there much of a difference between the two?

The 24-737 is for a sash weighing about 14 lbs and the 24-837 is for a 16 lb sash.
