Anderson sash balance

I am looking for sash balances for an Anderson double hung bathroom window it was installed in the 1980 's The glass size of this window is 24x32 here is photos of the 2 sash balances.

Thanks for writing in! Your balance appears to be stamped with a 5#23. So, you'll need the 24-531 Andersen Sash Balance.

These are made to replace balances stamped with a 519, 523, 525, 527, or 531. They are not designated for any particular side of the window.
