Anderson sash balance CIG 23-87

Question

Good morning,
If possible I would like to purchase the needed parts before disassembly. I will need to replace 2 sash balances.
Anderson Vinyl double hung, etched # is CIG 23-87. The glass size is 16"x 28 1/2".
I hope is enough to ID what balance I'll need.

I believe the replacement balance you need is 24-637 but I would like to make sure. Can you take a close look at your existing Andersen balance box and respond here with any numbers you find. I can cross reference those numbers to make sure you choose the proper replacement Andersen balance.
