Anderson sash balance ID

Question

I have an Anderson sash balance with a snapped cord. Need a replacement. The numbers that are stamped on mine is as follows; EE 4 25 28 this is out of the garage. They are single glazed glass. Going by the glass size puts the window at a 28310. Do you carry the correct balance?

I recommend our 24-431, which can replace Andersen balance boxes stamped with 4 25.
