Anderson sash balance ID ("S28 9 88 1027")?

Hi! Your company (Sachalee at Swisco) helped me fix one of my old Anderson windows recently. I have a second one that broke; this one has "S28" and "9 88" and "1027" stamped on it. See pictures. Other threads on this website indicate that the "11600-17" is not meaningful. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for posting. See the 24-1033. This will replace Andersen balances with the '1027' stamp code. Let us know if you have further questions.
