Anderson sash balance box

Question

Hello I need some help identifying these balance boxes they are out of an Anderson 3046 TERRATONE PERMA-SHIELD double hung window manufactured in 1992. They look like 927 but I'm not sure why there is another number 667 next to the date. Both sashes are the same size. I need to replace both side is there a left and right side balance or can the same one be used on both sides?

Thanks for writing in. The 927 is the code most relevant here; see our 24-939, which is meant to replace Andersen Balance Boxes with this stamp code. This balance box is typically used on both sides of the sash. Let us know if you have any other questions.
