Anderson sash balancer

Looking to replace 4 balancers. I can't figure out the correct replacement. Another question. Is right and left the same part number?

Thanks for posting. See our 24-939. This is meant to replace Andersen Sash Balances that include the code 9#27 or 927. With this particular balance, the replacement works for both sides of the window. Let me know if you have further questions.
