I need a right and left side sash balancer for my Anderson double hung window.

Not sure which part # I require.

There are 2 numbers as follows:

P1 13R 4 89

11600-17

Hey Kevin. This appears to be a 24-13R, which is meant to replace Andersen sash balances that include the stamp 13R. Note that this is a right-handed balance; for the left-handed counterpart, see the 24-13L.

I will require a right and a left.
Are you able to offer free shipping as other suppliers are ?

Hey Kevin. All orders can be placed online through our store. Simply add the 24-13L and 24-13R to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart," and then click "Checkout" at the top right hand corner of the screen. Don't forget to set the quantity you desire for each.
