Anderson sash balancer

Question

I don't see an 837 or 839 or 939 marking on the balancer still on the frame. What Swisco parts do I need to replace this pair on this window?

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance has the number "1031". With that said, you'd want the 24-1033. This is designed to replace balances that include the 1031 stamp.
