Anderson sash windows

Hello,

I need to replace the balances on a couple of Anderson sash windows. The balance has the following numbers stamped:
BR25 12 #27 2-88 or it could be 2-86 it also says Bay Port. These windows were put in around 1986.

Please let me know which balance to buy.

Please review the 24-1231 Andersen Sash Balance that can be used to replace balance boxes stamped with 12#27. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
