Visible glass area 23 wide, 60+ tall
One sash stopped holding in place
Followed your excellent video on how to gain access to the balances
Sending photo of balance so you can identify the correct replacement please

Thanks for posting. See our 24-837. This should replace old Andersen balances with the stamp '8#37', or 837. Let me know if you have further questions.
