A quick learner from 04062 says:
How do I get the old rivet out of the shoe 39-281 part number. And how does the new rivet set in. Does it take a special tool thank you

Thanks for posting. To remove the old shoe, you'll need to drill out the old rivet. Next, find a small solid piece of metal--or something hard--that is about 1" thick to lay the operator arm on. Assemble the nylon bracket and rivet to the arm and place the assembly on a metal block. Use a hammer to flatten and spread the rivet to secure everything in place.
