Anderson sliding door handles

Question

Need to identify part # for Anderson sliding door handles to replace this broken pair. Holes are 5 1/2" apart. Length is 7 5/8". Width of base is about 1 1/4" at the widest part (middle) and about 1" wide on top and bottom of base. Probably also need part # for screws if not included as It seems we lost 1.
