logo seems to br Andersen brand. that's all I know about it. based on windows in home probably installed with casement Anderson casement windows circa 80s or 90s

You are correct. This is an Andersen brand door. The latch can be replaced with the 82-043 Andersen Tribeca Thumb Latch Replacement. This is often used with the 82-037 Andersen Reachout Deadlock Assembly, made for 2-Panel doors.
