What is the product code of the Andersen roller you are working to get out?

The rollers I order from you are 81-128

The 81-128 roller housing is a force fit held in with prongs on the housing. You remove it by placing a screw driver in between the frame and the roller housing in the bottom cut-out of the door and you should be able to pry it out.
