Anderson sliding window replacement lock

The locking knob for my 26 year old old Anderson sliding window came off an is now lost. Pictured are the window with the working lock that turns to lock, and the window with the exposed inner locking mechanism and no turn handle. Not sure if this is replaceable or if an alternative would work. Thanks
