Problem is this is just for estimate purposes and I cant take window apart until I have job so I guess my question is do you have string balances with the clip on bottom of string instead of cylindrical white plug?

We can't be sure but if you're replacing Andersen sash balances like the assembly shown in the video below, our replacements only come with the nylon fittings attached to the end of the cords. We get these parts directly from Andersen and, to our knowledge, it is the only way that they are made today.
