Anderson-style crank window missing handle and opener

This doesn't look like an Andersen brand window to me. I would double check to be sure. These parts look like they're Truth brand, to be honest.

I'm also not sure what your lock is. It's difficult to guess without seeing it out of the window. You could have our 38-208, but you'll have to carefully compare it to what you have installed now to confirm.
