Anderson window

I have an Anderson window with both strings broken to the bottom pane. Will need 2 balancers. See the pix of 1 that is bad

T3 12#27 8-97
With the wood around the window 27" tall by 40" wide(1 pane)

Hello,

Based on the 12#27 stamp on your original assembly, you would need the 24-1231 Andersen sash balances for your repair. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
