I ordered 39-140 white Dual Arm Crank 16" and this would have worked but the arms angled up when extended. Do you offer something close to this that will work.

You say the arms angled up on the 39-140 window operator. Would it be possible to "tweak" the arms to work on your window? With that being said, take a look at the Andersen operator 39-206. Andersen suggests using this operator as a replacement for your no longer available operator. Take a look at the specifications along with the related hardware on this page and see what you think.
