Anderson window PN

Question

Hey please see attached sticker on window frame. The string does not retract into the balancer. Is the balancer serviceable? Or will it need to be replaced?

I'm afraid Andersen balance boxes are not serviceable. Yours will have to be replaced. Based on this sticker, you may have our 24-837 balance box, but I can't be sure. The only way to know for certain is to show me a picture of each stamp printed on the balance box itself.
