Hi,
I'm having trouble identifying the current part number for an Anderson Narroline window balance. The visible glass on the lower sash measures 24" high x 32 1/2" wide. There are two sets of numbers on the broken balance: 11600-17 and E52 9#27 12-86. We are not the original owners of the home but judging from the condition of the windows they were probably installed when the house was built in 1987.
Thanks!
Monica

Thanks for posting.
As Mike suggested above, you should take a look at our 94-939 Anderson Sash Balance. If it doesn't appear to match your own hardware, let us know and we can work from there.

My sash balance stamp number is E20 9#31 3 85. Will the 24-939 work as a replacement for me?
