Welcome to our site. We often identify Andersen sash balances. Here's what we need: a photo of the balance box, as well as a list of any codes or numbers stamped into the metal of the box. Can you send us that?

Mike, I have 4 windows that need balances. One window is in the bathroom. It's a little smaller but the same style. Will it be the same? All the windows are original from the builder. Do I order two per window or a set per window. I see they used staples. I'll need screws if you have them.

Thank you! I note the balance in your picture has "7#27" stamped on it. With that in mind, I recommend our 24-737.

As for the other window, there is a good chance the balance is different, especially if the window is smaller. You would need to check in each instance.

You would want 2 balances per sash.
