Anderson window balance

Numbers 11600-17. On the tab where you screw it on numbers 519.  3.   54.    9.   89.which one to buy and do I need to replace both only one is broke

Thanks for posting. See our 24-531. This can replace Andersen balances with the stamp 519. Let me know if you have further questions.
