Anderson window balance

Question

Have Anderson window balance it's marked 927 also has 11600-17 stamp.  Want to make sure i order correct balances

Thanks for your post! Your balance can be replaced with the 24-939 Andersen Sash Balance. They can replace Andersen balances marked with a 927, 931, 937, or 939.

They are non-handed, so they can be used for right and left handed applications.
