Please give cost per set, the number I found is w4827987 the windows are27 yrs old.

I don't recognize that number. Is that what is stamped on the balance box itself? We will only be able to identify what you have if we know each stamp printed on the balance box. It would be even better if we see pictures; sometimes seeing how the stamps are printed is just as important as the numbers themselves.
