Anderson window balance

I'm looking to replace an Anderson window balance with markings on the tab of BR10 4 89. Size is 6 5/8 inches long including the tab and 3 inches wide. The actual window is 27" by 36". What part do I need. Another window I have is larger, 31 1/2 inches by 36" wide, and has markings on the balancer of 1131 and is the same dimension as described above.

For the 27" x 36" window, I recommend our 24-1033 Andersen sash balance. For the 31-1/2" x 36" window, see our 24-1133 instead.
