Anderson window balancer

Question

We have several Anderson windows that have broken strings on the balancers.  Last time I purchased these the vendor needed the numbers on the window glass and a dimension on the windows.  The top measures 36" X 27" and the bottom measures 36" X 39.5".  The numbers on the glass are HP-C6-84S  and  GCC-CBA  324.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe the sash sizes you are giving are the complete sash size, not the visible glass sizes. If so, you have a 3056 window where the visible glass size is 32-1/2" X 36" for the bottom sash. The window balances will be 24-L9-1327 on one side and 24-R13-927 on the other side. I recommend you make sure your old balance is stamped with the number L9 1327 just to be safe.
