Rt end mechanism 11600-17 ; E38 9#27 3-86

House was built in 1986, each frame approximately 26"x32"

Andersen balances marked "7#37" can be replaced with our 24-737 replacement Andersen balance. For balances marked "9#27", take a look at the 24-939.

Thanks for your quick reply. Any explanation why 2 balances off the same window are different? Is one rated for a heavier window?

Hard to say. When putting your window together, Andersen may have used two different spring weights to balance the sash. Alternately, your window might have been repaired at one time and the serviceman found that this particular combination worked for your sash. Normally for your size sash (26" X 32"), you would use two of our 24-939.
