Hello. I am having trouble identifying the correct window balancers to order.

Thanks for your post! Your Andersen window balance appears to be marked with a 727. That said, you'll need the 24-737 Andersen Sash Balance to replace it.

This can be used for balances marked with a 725, 727, 731, and 737.

i have a anderson balancer with the numbers D6 7271273 i need both sides , what do i order?

Hi there,

Your window balance also appears to be marked with a 727 stamp. So you'll need the 24-737 Andersen Sash Balance to replace them.

These are can be used for both right and left handed applications.
