Anderson window balancers

Question

The only numbers/letters I could find on the old parts are K3 12 31 1176  Bayport Minn. Anderson Corp. This window is 50+ years old. The glass height is 23 7/8           The glass width is 40 3/8.

Hello. See the 24-1231. This will replace Andersen balances with the 12 31 stamp.
