Anderson window channel balance

Looking to replace this Anderson window channel balance. I took a picture of the numbers that are visible on it.

Please confirm the top edge of the balance in your photos reads as 727. If so, then see our 24-737. Note that you have an older version of this Andersen Balance that lacks a side tab. The replacements have a side tab that one must chisel space for in the window frame. See the diagram below.

Hi, the top edge reads as 7 27, and then there is a 72 in the lower corner.

Is the space between 7 and 27 significant? Or is it read as 727 regardless of the space?

You don't have to worry about the space. Sometimes it's a space, sometimes it's a # sign, sometimes it's the letter P. What matters most is those three digits around the space, and if they read 727 then I think Bob's recommendation will work perfectly fine for you.
