Anderson window crank

A contractor from Newport Beach says:
I am working on these 17 year old Anderson windows and need to replace the roto mechanisms but could not locate them in any of the catalogs I have including Stybuc and Anderson. I am a window repair person who has been working in the business for 35 years but mainly for Pella and Pozzi. My experience is minimal with Anderson. Thanks. Sorry about the picture quality.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
First, I recommend that you look at our 39-264 operator. That could be the one you need for your window. This operator has been used by Andersen starting back in 1999. Yours is a little older, though, so you might need the 39-362 adapter plate, as well.
