Thanks for your post! The window operator you have here reminds me of the 39-264 Andersen Split Arm Crank. You'll need to carefully review the dimensions and compare them to confirm this is the replacement you need. This can be used for left and right handed applications.

This operator uses the 39-152 cover and either the 39-267 or 39-268 crank handles.

The stud bracket in your photo appears to be the 39-531 RH Split Arm Sash Bracket, the opposite version is the 39-530.
