Anderson window crank

I am looking for an Anderson window crank replacement and must be same exact size otherwise crank will hit sill. The corresponding part number is 7191-8. They seem to be smaller cranks than the ones I see at stores. Thanks for you help!

I pulled one of our 39-286 Andersen crank handles out of stock to take some measurements. Looking at your photos, they appear very close. I'm coming up with a height of 3-3/16" (from the base to the swivel top). See if this could work for your situation. If you aren't sure, or if you want to play it safe, we also carry the 39-298 "T" handle. Take a look at both and see what you think.
