Anderson window crank

A home owner from Ohio says:

I have anderson windows with crank out opening [photo attached]. I want to order parts for my handyman to install and am looking at 39-094 and 39-095 assemblies. Am I looking at the right replacement parts for this pictured window?

Yes, it appears you have the single arm Andersen operator. I can't see the complete operator, but it seems you may have the 39-094 and 39-095 operators.
