Looks like your worm gear stripped out. This can't be repaired, unfortunately, and you won't find a replacement worm gear anywhere since they're machine-pressed at the factory. It's not something you can swap out, unfortunately. You need an all new operator entirely.

I'd be happy to help you find one, but I need a clear photo of the operator removed from the window entirely at minimum. I can then check our records for a match.

Thank you for your response. I am attaching some pictures and references. The left side window has code 7177 31 RH and the right one has code 7177 30 LH. I also need an insect screen dimension 67.5 inch x 25 inch..picturecattached

Thanks! These are a huge help. Your operator appears to be a match for our 39-147. We also sell the 39-146 for the opposite side. Look it over and let me know if you had any questions.
