Anderson window crank replacement

The housing for my left hand crank (from inside) Andersen window cracked. Looks like same issue as the Austintown Ohio customer. Can you look at these photos and tell me which operator is needed to repair?

I would recommend taking your operator out completely and comparing it to our 39-147 Andersen Window Crank.
