Thank you for waiting during our busy season. The 38-056 and 38-057 casement locks resemble your old one. The 38-135 is the compatible keeper, which is sold separately. 

As for the handle, the 39-267 or 39-286 look like matches. If you need the operator assembly, we'll need to see a photo of the window open so that the arms are fully visible.
