Anderson window crank/cog mechanism

Question

I have two Anderson windows, circa 2003, that need crank mechanisms replaced. Currently the windows open, but there is a long delay before the window begins to move and it is impossible to close the window tightly. Perhaps the gears are stripped inside. I would like help in determining the correct replacement parts.

The two windows are left-hand side opening to the left. There are two screws holding the cod-mechanism place.

Hello! We may be able to help, since we sell a bunch of different Andersen brand operators. I'm just not sure which one to recommend. Would it be possible to see a photo of your operator out of the window so that we can match it up?

If you aren't able to remove it from the window, please make sure that your photo shows as much of the complete operator mechanism as possible. Figure that the more of the mechanism is obscured, the less likely I'll be able to find a match. Thanks!
