Thanks for posting. Looks like you might have the non-handed 39-264 Andersen Split-Arm Operator. See below. If your windows were made between 1995 and 1998 you'll need the 39-362 Adapter Plate to install this. See the hardware listed on this page for handles, covers, and stud brackets. Let me know if you have further questions.
