Please help me to ID this broken gear set to open my casement windows. It has a number on it, C9400-1B and Patent 5,623,784.

Hi there!

This reminds me of our 39-264 Andersen operator. Compare our dimensions with your old operator to see if this matches what you're looking for. Note, if your window was made from 1995 to 1998, you'll need the 39-362 adapter plate. Look for a date of manufacture somewhere on the window frame, or even the glass, that tells you when it was made.
