Hello there. I believe you have the Andersen 39-264 Casement Operator. Please compare. For new covers and handles, see the 39-152 and 39-286. Since your house was built between 1995 and 1998, you will also need the 39-362 Adapter Plate to install the operator. Let us know if you have further questions.
