The number on the window is cig-1 2-99.7. I need 4 replacement locks.

Ah, Old Reliable: the Andersen 90-095 sweep lock and keeper. As recognizable as it is ubiquitous. Just be sure to double check the dimensions, in case I'm mistaken.
