Anderson window replacement parts

Question

We would like help identifying the parts we need for our windows.
Please see attached photos of window type and mechanisms.
We were told by anderson that we needed the following:

Qty (2) Universal split arm operators 2000 vintage casement windows
Qty (1) Stone Bezel

Please note that the windows in the uploaded photos are for reference purposes only. The actual windows where parts are needed do not open properly and would open the opposite way in relation to each window photographed and uploaded.

It looks like you need new operators and new hinges. The operator appears to match our 39-264, while the hinge actually isn't made anymore. We recommend the 36-048 as a substitute. This should work as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time.

This operator works for both left and right hand windows interchangeably. You can even see in your photos that the left and right windows use the same part.
