Anderson window sash balance

Question

I have  Anderson windows who's sash cords are broken.  I opened up on of the window and got the following info from the balance body "E209#315-85".  But I could not find a sash balance with this number.  Can you help?

Thanks for posting! I think you should take a look at our 24-939 Andersen Sash Balance. This can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 9#31.
