Ok, checked the second sash to make sure and it is slightly heavier
Both sashes are 33 3/4 x29 in
27" in length not counting end pieces and 5/8 in across the channel. The bottom piece of both is stamped 180
Sash A is 18.9 lbs
Markings. 26-5 AQ5 CMC 17.
Sash B is 23.6 lbs
Markings. 26-4 KP5 CMC 57.

We'd be happy to send you updated order links for (2) 26-4 and (2) 26-5 stamped balances but it seems like you may have switched the windows that they came from since the 26-4 stampe is calibrated to support a sash between 17-21.99. The 26-5 balances would support a sash between 22-25.99. Just let us know if you would like to go ahead with two of each stamp code and we'll be able to send over your new order links.

That's great news! Just to clarify, you will no longer be needing replacement balances since swapping the sashes corrected the problem?
